At HomeTech I understand that buying or selling a home may be one of the most important financial transactions of your life, and I try to help make the process flow as well as possible. I will provide a detailed 2-4 hour visual inspection of every aspect of your home both in and out. The owner and/or agent are always invited to be present, if desired, at the inspection site to see my process and ask questions as needed. I am always willing to address any concerns specific to the individual property or the clients interests. I welcome additional information such as history and seller disclosures to assist in the inspection process.
After the inspection I will complete an accurate and precise report in a timely manner. Our reports can be received via e-mail or in hard copy form. Every report will contain detailed explanations and recommendations as well as a variety of pictures.
